When will my order ship?+
Signed copies ship within 5–7 business days from the order date. Team packs (10 copies) may require 10–14 days. You'll receive tracking information via email.
Can we split the 10 copies across different addresses?+

Can I purchase on Amazon?+

How do the VALID course credits work?+
Each credit is worth one enrollment in VALID Track 1, valued at $997. Credits are distributed individually via email and can be redeemed any time within 12 months. The 10 credits included in the Team Edition have a combined retail value of $9,970.
What's included in the 60-min team debrief call?+
The optional call with Christopher is a facilitated debrief designed to orient your leadership team to the VALID framework, review how it applies to your current decisions, and answer questions. It's a high-value session for teams that want to activate the framework quickly.
What's the difference between a half-day and full-day workshop?+
The half-day ($8,750) covers the core VALID framework and one facilitation format — typically 3.5 hours. The full-day ($11,500) goes deeper with two formats, team profiling, and extended debrief. Virtual workshops ($6,500) run half-day via Zoom. All pricing excludes travel and expenses.
Is travel included in the workshop price?+
Travel and expenses are separate and quoted based on location. We'll provide a full proposal including logistics after your inquiry.
Do you offer speaking engagements or keynotes?+
Yes — Christopher is available for keynotes, conference sessions, and corporate training presentations on Decision Intelligence, AI readiness, and the VALID framework. These can be delivered as a standalone talk or structured as a half-day training session. Speaking engagements start at $1,300 plus travel and expenses.
